Artista Studio was formed by six designers: Katalin Imre, Juli Ivan, Abel Köves, Nora Rácz,Edina Schön and Kati Stampf in 1993, in Budapest.

From the very start the designers aim was to create a unique mood / image, paying attention to the details of styling besides creating the Artista collections.

Artista has its own production background; besides producing their “one offs” they also make clothes to order in their own workshop but also produce limited runs of ranges of designs using outside sub-contractors.

Artista has made a lot of its own fashion shows in Budapest and Vienna, where the show styling elements, the venue, lighting, models, make up etc. were given a strong emphasis. The Artista clothes and shows have received a wide media coverage in Budapest, Vienna and London.

Between 1998 and 2000 Artista worked on the development of a major Internet based technology with a U.K. company as fashion and clothing experts

Building on creativity and experiences Artista’s activities expanded to creative areas such as film & commercial styling, event management & concepts.

A tervezők célja sajátos, egyedi image, hangulat kialakítása és folyamatos frissítése. Ennek sikerét igazolja számos szakmai elismerés, hazai és külföldi pályázatokon nyert díjak, elhíresült bemutatók és rendezvények.

Számos önálló divatbemutatót tartottunk, amelyeken a kollekciók mellett nagy hangsúlyt fektettünk a helyszín, a modellek, világítás, zenei anyag stb., azaz a teljes megjelenés megtervezésére.

Saját gyártási háttérrel rendelkezünk, így az egyedi, különleges igényeket is teljesíteni tudjuk.

Az egyedi kollekciók tervezése és gyártása mellett tevékenységünk minden olyan területre kiterjed, ahol a hat tervező-stylist kreativitása és a jól szervezett csapatmunka érvényesülhet: styling (film, színház , fotó), jelmez, rendezvények stb.
